Delete delivery information

Delivery information can be deleted by sending the tracking code(s) in a <form> using POST method as hidden input fields (<input type=hidden>) to address https://www.maksuturva.fi/deleteDeliveryInfo.pmt (or https://test1.maksuturva.fi/deleteDeliveryInfo.pmt in testing environment).
