Payment succeeds, but requires the buyers to identify themselves using TUPAS. In this simulated situation, this is because the home address from Finnish population register ("Väestörekisteri" or VRK) does not match the billing and delivery address of the order.

To test this, the webstore must have agreed with Svea Payments that "optional TUPAS" has been enabled for the webstore's payment service agreement. Optional TUPAS enables buyers to pay by invoice without identifying themselves using TUPAS when all three addresses match (billing, delivery and VRK).

In case of Collector Invoice and Collector Part Payment the credit provider's test environment does not actually compare the billing address with the address found from Finnish population register. Instead, they are always considered equal.

If these do not match, payment service displays a clear message telling about this. It also displays the address that was expected as the delivery address.
